The Founder

Brandon Boswell

Brandon served in the military and came out with a systems-first mindset — the kind you build when every decision has real consequences. After separating, he spent years watching home service contractors get ripped off by marketing agencies that promised results, delivered excuses, and kept cashing the retainer check.

The problem was always the same: agencies didn't understand the trades. They built generic websites, ran generic campaigns, and measured success with vanity metrics that had nothing to do with booked jobs.

RunRate Digital was built to do it differently. Contractor-only. Custom-coded. Straight talk. Based in Valrico, FL — actually in the market we serve, not a virtual address in a coworking space.
